Final Countdown to our Italian Car Show

Final Countdown to our Italian Car Show

With less than 2 days to go we are counting down the hours until our annual All Ireland Italian Motor Event on Saturday. Interest levels in the show have been very encouraging and we hope that we will have an impressive selection of shiny cars and bikes for everyone to feast their eyes on.  Donnelly Group will be bringing a selection of the latest cars from Abarth, Alfa Romeo and Fiat and the Abarth UK Area Manager, Peter Robinson (no, not that Peter Robinson!!) is making a special trip over in the latest special Abarth  – a 695 Biposto.  Charles Hurst Specialist Car Division will also be there with Italian style from Ferrari and Maserati and friends from the Alfa Romeo Owner’s Club, Southern Section will once again be making the trip from Dublin and further afield to join us. Their selection of cars always adds an extra dimension to the line up of cars on display.

We will also have a number of exhibitors at the show who will happily demonstrate their products – some special show offers will be available if you fancy purchasing something.

A number of prizes will also be awarded during the day for the best vehicles in a number of categories and we will also be selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a selection of great raffle prizes.

Not forgetting the tasty food that will be available throughout the day in  the Council building – from breakfast baps and tea/coffee, to mid morning muffins and a selection of tasty dishes and other snacks for lunch. There’ll be something to suit everyone’s tastes.

Italian cars cater for all tastes and for all extremes – from small to large vehicles, from super minis to supercars.  They all possess the essential ingredient that is style which other manufacturers often try to imitate but rarely better. So make sure you make tracks to Lisburn on Saturday to see our Italian collection.

Oh and I almost forgot – if the weather is kind to us (and I really hope it is dry) we hope to have another very rare car on display – I can’t reveal what it is so if you want to know you will just have to come along on Saturday and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
